By accessing or using MyBankroll's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MyBankroll provides bankroll management software for poker players, gamblers, and traders. Our service allows you to track sessions, analyze performance, and generate reports.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

MyBankroll offers a Free tier and a Premium subscription:

• Free: Read-only access to view your existing data (available if you cancel)
• Premium: $6.99/month or $59.99/year (user chooses billing cycle) with full access to all features

Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial of Premium.

Important: Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

5. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Partial month subscriptions
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Duplicate payments
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Technical issues or downtime

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at info@mybankroll.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others
• Scrape or harvest data from our service
• Reverse engineer any part of our service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBANKROLL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyBankroll, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Tax Reporting Disclaimer

MyBankroll provides tools to generate tax reports, but we are not tax professionals. The reports generated are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
